Richard is a dynamic, driven and result oriented executive with success in managing multi-million-dollar assets. Richard expertly directs personnel, resources and technology in evolving and changing environments. He’s adept in critical thinking, communications and organizational skills, with proven ability to implement technologies based solutions and applying extensive knowledge to obtain rapid growth and profit opportunities. Through the years Richard has been employed in a wide range of careers opportunities, his vast experience in so many areas is what makes Richard skilled in reducing cost, launching initiatives, managing cross-functional teams and improving quality standards. Richard has held the following jobs over the past 30 years: General Manager GlenLakes Country Club, Director of Food & Beverage, Facility Manager, Club House Manager ,Events Coordinator GlenLakes County Club Director of Food & Beverage, Golf Course Consultant Tierra Rejada Golf Club, Director of Operations AMJ Global Entertainment, Senior Advisor & Research Analyst/Consultant/ Operations AMJ Global LLC, Ventura County Contract Administrator, Regional Fleet Manager American Golf Corporation, Human Resources – USAF Recruiting Service, Instructor Supervisor US Air Force/ US Navy Inter-service Training Command, US Air Force Readiness/Logistics Manager, US Air Force Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor/Trainer, US Air Force Security Specialist/Emergency Services Team. Currently He sits on the Hernando County Chamber Education, Training Association Board.
Richard holds a wide variety of degrees and certifications including a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from University of La Verne
Richard is married to Dr. Tammy Rivera-Tubbs for over 28 years, together they have raised six children with their seventh child entering 5th grand and they have sixteen grandchildren so far.

Dr. Rivera-Tubbs earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership, K–12, from California Lutheran University. She also holds three master’s degrees: a Master’s in Special Education and a Master’s in Educational Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Ohio Christian University.
With more than 25 years of experience in education and ministry, Dr. Rivera-Tubbs has served children, adults, families, and communities in a wide range of educational settings. Her experience includes special education, moderate to severe disabilities, mild to moderate disabilities, autism, deaf and hard-of-hearing education, English as a Second Language, bilingual education, math, science, reading, gifted education, migrant education K–12, adult migrant education, preschool, daycare, GED preparation, and adult computer education.
Throughout her career, Dr. Rivera-Tubbs has held many leadership roles, including Dean of Students, Director of Special Education and Intervention, Bilingual Dean of Students, Director of Inclusive Education, Principal of Summer School, and Director of Little Angels Home Daycare Center. She has also served as Director of the Faith Tabernacle of Peace Educational Learning Center for over 20 years and has led children’s church for more than 25 years.
Dr. Rivera-Tubbs has dedicated her life to helping others become the best they can be. She has worked with unwed teen mothers, teaching them the value of continued education, hard work, perseverance, and faith. Her passion is to inspire others to learn more, do more, and become more. Through her leadership, compassion, and commitment to education, she continues to encourage students, families, and communities to pursue success and fulfill their God-given potential.
